We built PartyPanda because we were that host.
Founder story
It started with a farmhouse booking outside Hyderabad — a birthday weekend for 18 people. The venue was sorted, the playlist was ready, the group was excited. What wasn’t sorted: the food.
Three different apps, four restaurants, five delivery windows. One order arrived two hours early. One never arrived at all. Someone drove 40 minutes to the nearest town for ice and water. The host spent the first three hours of the party on the phone instead of with their friends.
That was the moment. If this is a problem for us — people who plan things, who know how to use apps, who had time to prepare — it’s a problem for everyone booking a farmhouse in India.
So we built the thing that should have existed: one service that handles food from any restaurant, home-style cooking if you want it, and all the essentials — delivered together, timed to the moment you arrive.
