We currently deliver to farmhouses in Hyderabad and the outskirts of Hyderabad — we’ve got the whole city and its surrounding areas covered. We’re expanding to more cities soon — follow us or check back for updates.

We recommend placing your order at least 24–48 hours before your party. For larger groups or complex orders, 72 hours gives us the best window to coordinate everything perfectly.

Absolutely — that’s the whole point. You can mix dishes from multiple restaurants in a single cart. Everyone gets what they want, and it all arrives together in one delivery.

Panda Kitchen is our in-house home-style cooking service. Instead of restaurant food, you get fresh, home-cooked meals — thalis, regional favorites, comfort food — made to order. It’s ideal if your group prefers home-style over restaurant fare, or if you want a mix of both.

Panda Extras covers everything your group needs beyond the food: bottled water, cold drinks and soft drinks, ice (bagged), and disposables — plates, cups, and cutlery. You can add any combination to your order.

Let us know as soon as possible over WhatsApp. We’ll do our best to adjust the delivery timing. Changes within 2 hours of the original delivery window may not always be possible, but we’ll always communicate clearly and find the best solution.

Minimum order values and delivery fees depend on your location and order size. We’ll confirm all charges when we review your order over WhatsApp — no surprises.

We currently accept cash on delivery (COD) and UPI. After you place your order, we’ll confirm everything over WhatsApp and share payment details. No payment gateway required at checkout.

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We take delivery accuracy seriously — if something is missing or incorrect, we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible, whether that means a refund, replacement, or credit toward your next order.
